Welcome to MyPetHouse. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of mypethouse.com.bd, our mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

3.1 We sell cat food and pet accessories (non‑prescription) and may offer optional services like order scheduling, subscription deliveries, and customer support.
3.2 We do not provide veterinary or medical advice. Any feeding tips or product guidance on the Site are general information only. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your pet’s health concerns.


4) Privacy

4.1 We care about your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
4.2 By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.


5) Delivery Policy

5.1 Delivery Areas & Fees

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge ৳50
  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge ৳150

5.2 Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka: within 3–5 days after order confirmation.

5.3 Delivery timelines may change due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, traffic, carrier delays). We will try to notify you of delays.


6) Your Account Responsibilities

6.1 Keep your login details confidential and secure.
6.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account.
6.3 Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.


7) Promotions & Third‑Party Offers

7.1 We may display promotions or links to third‑party products/services.
7.2 We do not control or guarantee those offerings. Please review their terms before you buy.


8) Intellectual Property

8.1 The Site, including text, images, logos, designs, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.
8.2 You may use the Site for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.
8.3 Do not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.


9) Acceptable Use

9.1 Do not use the Site for illegal activities.
9.2 Do not try to disrupt or harm the Site (e.g., malware, scraping, unauthorized access).
9.3 Do not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes others’ rights.


10) Product Information & Suitability

10.1 We aim to provide accurate product details, images, ingredients, feeding guides, and suitability notes.
10.2 Products may vary by batch (e.g., packaging, ingredient order). Always read the label before use.
10.3 Check for allergies or sensitivities. If your pet reacts badly to a product, stop use and consult a veterinarian.


11) Orders, Pricing & Payments

11.1 Prices on the Site are shown in BDT and include/exclude taxes as stated. Final invoice amounts may vary due to manufacturer batch differences or weight variations.
11.2 If the final price is higher than your pre‑payment, you agree to pay the difference. If it is lower, we will refund the extra to your original payment method.
11.3 We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Any payment received for cancelled orders will be refunded.


12) Subscriptions (Auto‑Delivery)

12.1 You may opt‑in to recurring deliveries on a schedule you choose.
12.2 You can modify, pause, or cancel before the cut‑off time shown in your account.
12.3 Discounts and promotions may not combine with subscription orders.
12.4 All subscription orders are subject to stock and service availability.


13) Express Delivery (if offered)

13.1 Priority delivery is available on working days in selected areas.
13.2 Additional fees apply and are non‑refundable once dispatched.
13.3 Delivery details (address, time slot) cannot be modified after acceptance.


14) Order Check, Returns & Refunds

14.1 Check at delivery: Please verify items (product, flavor, size, quantity, expiry) when delivered.
14.2 Eligible returns:

  • Unopened food with intact seal within 7 days of delivery.
  • Unused accessories in original packaging within 7 days.

14.3 Not eligible: Opened food/treats; used accessories; items damaged after delivery; items marked non‑returnable.
14.4 How to start a return: Contact us via WhatsApp/Phone or Email with your order number and reason. We’ll arrange pickup or advise drop‑off.
14.5 Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within [15 business days] after we receive and inspect the item(s).
14.6 If packaging appears tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.


15) Reviews & User Content

15.1 You are responsible for any content you post (reviews, photos, questions).
15.2 Do not post content that is unlawful or violates third‑party rights.
15.3 We may remove content that breaches these Terms.


16) Security & Internet Risks

16.1 We use reasonable safeguards, but the internet is not 100% secure.
16.2 You transmit data at your own risk; we are not liable for interceptions beyond our control.


17) Accuracy & Availability

17.1 We try to keep information up to date, but errors may occur, and availability can change.
17.2 We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or services without notice.


18) Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

18.1 The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of fitness for a particular purpose beyond consumer rights required by law.
18.2 To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
18.3 Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.


19) Force Majeure

19.1 We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockouts, transport disruptions, power failures, government actions, or similar events.


20) Governing Law & Disputes

20.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
20.2 Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
