We do our best to describe and price our products accurately, but occasionally errors can happen.
- All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change at any time without notice.
- Product images are for illustration only; the actual item may vary slightly in appearance or packaging.
- All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative, a short delay, or a refund.
- If we discover a genuine pricing or description error after you order, we'll let you know and give you the choice to continue at the correct price or cancel.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We'll confirm your order — usually with a quick call or message — before dispatch, and an order is only accepted once we confirm it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we are unable to verify your details.
5. Payment
We accept payment by cash on delivery (COD), bKash, and secure online payment through SSLCommerz. For COD orders, payment is due when your order is delivered. All online payments are processed securely by our payment partners, and we do not store your full payment details.
6. Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh — with our own riders inside Dhaka and trusted partners elsewhere — aiming for delivery within 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, weather or circumstances beyond our control. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
7. Returns and refunds
If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to put it right. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for what we can accept, the timeframes, and how to start a return. Please note that, for hygiene and safety, opened food, litter, supplements and medicines cannot be returned.
8. Product information and pet health
Product information on our website is provided for general guidance only. While we take care to be accurate, it is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. For any medicine, supplement or health product, always follow the instructions on the pack and consult your veterinarian about what is suitable for your pet — especially regarding dosage, kittens, pregnant animals, or any health concern.
